For the sake of discussion and speculation, I was wondering what everyone thought about the incoming class and who among them might make an immediate impact next year. I do realize we're stacked with talent, and that most probably will probably see limited playing time if any at all.

I'm going to go with the most obvious answer here in my opinion: Jesse Williams. He is by far my most anticipated newcomer in this class. I honestly think he'll rise even faster than Cody did when he was brought in. Just the sheer amount of athleticism for a guy that big is amazing! He looks to have it all: size, strength, and speed.

Who do you think will make an early impact if any?

Hard to argue with Williams. I also think another JUCO signee, Aaron Douglas (sp?) could make an immediate impact if we don't get Cyrus. I think Trey DePriest is going to be this year's CJ Mosely and something tells me Dee Hart is going to play ALOT and make a real impact fast.

I'll be watching a few...

Quinton Dial for one...and you'll understand that more clearly in the next few weeks.

Williams for sure, Douglas as well. Trey DePriest on Special teams...I suspect we'll see Dee and Hassan also provide some highlights.

Out of the 21, I am seeing 14 shirting...maybe more.

I pretty much agree with everyone for the most part. Terry, Dial is another one I'm looking forward too. I've read a lot (most of it from around this forum) about just how much of a specimen he his. I could definitely see him having a good year next season.

Williams, Dial, and Douglas definitely. Dix will prolly get that Mark Barron, Dre Kirkpatrick Freshman role of killing ppl on special teams and Sylve and Hart could be return men.
