This may be the dumbest thing you have ever heard, but I am enjoying this season more than last. Last year there was not a game we went into that I didn't expect to win. I was not nervous before any of the games. I don't mean that to sound haughty, but as I looked to each game there was no doubt we were more talented.
This year as the season started I was nervous about how young we were on D. As the season got going I noticed we had a team with multiple personalities. At home we seem comfortable and handle our business. On the road (except for Duke and UT) we seem to struggle and you can see our youth.
I have really enjoyed watching this year though b/c no game is a garauntee. We get to really see the ups and downs with this team. It has been fun to watch the young guys especially in the defensive backfield grow in front of our eyes.
That being said this team should be nasty good next year.
