I know a lot of people hate these kind of games, but I like them because we get to see a lot of depth.

This is the first game this year when Mom has been asleep. So, the first game I can sit and watch...if 'effin Mercer.

On the other hand, it raises the significance of a lot of things as well. Some, very trivial. It's selfish to say I really enjoyed spending the last hour or so on the water this morning...yeah, I know, it's 3ish for you guys...it was a little cold (44 now) but it was SO quiet.

On the weird note, I saw two boats out this morning. One, the game warden (no idea why he's out this time of the morning) and another guy I've known for 20 something odd years who is always fishing out there. I can't remember the guys name off the top of my head...I always think of him as The Accountant because he always has a metal jar of coffee with him.
