It's a bunch of bull$hit is what it is. Since when does a 17 year old kid get to hold a gun to the head of a university's athletic program, it's fans, players, alumni, etc?
This recruiting crap is for the birds. The biggest reason why I've never followed college recruiting was because, as Auburn proved this past year, money can trump just about anything else used to recruit kids to your school. A 17 year old from a poor family has no weapon to use against the green enemy, and I ain't talking about kryptonite. Recruiting is important, but let's have some levity in all of this stupidity can we?
