🏈 Looking ahead to the barn hate week

Ran up to Dunkin' to get a bag of coffee. They had an interview on TV with two guys from southern schools, Auburn and Miami. While talking about attendance and money made after school the Auburn guy makes a crack about "he's glad to say Auburn's graduates make more money post grad than Bama's. "

The host pops back and says that's good, "now maybe Auburn can find a football team."

I am not gonna lie, its going to be difficult to go to Jordan-Hare and come out with a win. We need to put the foot on the gas pedal and keep it on until the final whistle has blown. IMO, we have not done that consistently.

On offense, we must do the following that I have fussed about all year:
1. Use the middle of the field for passing. Intermediate routes, between the linebackers and safeties are the best against a 2 deep or 3 deep zone.
2. Keep the TE involved in the passing game like we did at times against OU.
3. Throw some quick hitting slants when pressure comes.
4.Ty has to get rid of the ball and not take sacks or turn the ball over.

On defense, we have to do:
1. Continue to get better overall as we have this year.
2. Play a more aggressive coverage.
3. Get pressure from different sides of the field when it is not an obvious 3rd and long passing down.
4. Do not give up big play(s).
5. Come up with at least two turnovers.

Special teams:
1. Hit field goals we should make.
2. Create field position when we have to punt.
