🏈 Let's see everyone's top 10

1. Doesn't Matter
2. Doesn't Matter
3. Doesn't Matter
4. Doesn't Matter
5. Doesn't Matter
6. Doesn't Matter
7. Doesn't Matter
8. Doesn't Matter
9. Doesn't Matter
10. Doesn't Matter

Do you do that when CNS says it too? Or does it depend on who says it if it's correct or not?

Gosh. You really have turned into a class A jerk in the last few weeks. Considering your signature, should we assume it's all the drugs you smoke?

By all rights, we should jump USC to take #3, but I doubt they will vote it that way. USC and Pete Carroll are serious media darlings these days.

What I'd like to see:
1. UF
2. UT (Texas, that is! ;^)
3. Bama
4. USC

What it probably will be:
1. UF
2. UT
3. USC
4. Bama

We might be able to make the jump in the AP. There's only a 157 point difference there.

With 187 point difference in the coaches poll, and fewer voters, it might be harder in the Coaches Poll. But then again, you know the coaching community has A LOT of respect for Beamer. IF they take the time to look at the box score...IF.

Saban doesn't post on a fan website. If it doesn't matter to you, then don't post on the thread. It does matter to other people, which is why the thread was started.

First off, I was unaware that CNS had to post on a fan site for one to read/hear what he says. Second, if the OP didn't want people to express their opinions about the topic, why did he create the thread in the first place? Much less include the word "everyone's"?

Apparently the saying about assuming is true. Nice flame, BTW. :nopity:

Mine, based on week one:

UF
TX
USC
BAMA
tOSU
OK ST
PSU
CAL
GT
MISS

9 and 10...tough decision. But, I'm betting if GT played Ole Miss today GT wins that one.

Im not so sure OU drops out of the top 10...also, BYU in the top ten might be a reach.

Losing at a favorable neutral site and being without All-Americans at TE and QB for the next month is plenty of reason to knock OU from the top 10, IMO.

And with BYU, that's a big jump from the 20's, but that was an impressive performance. Winning the game with only 14 points is quite a feat.

Let's study that a minute.

The saying is, "Never assume, for it makes an ASS out of U and ME."

Two way street there pal. On one hand you are saying it makes 12gage an ass and then you as well. :headscratch:

I tried to address you about a few things via private message. You chose to ignore the message.

We, as the people who own and operate this site, don't want it to become an environment that turns combative. By all indications, over the last few weeks, that seemingly is your intent.

The last thing we want to do to any Bama fan is encourage them to move on. But, it is within our ability to make their experience here as slow as a computer with a 24K modem on dial-up.

You might disagree with opinions. We encourage people to voice their ideas when they do disagree. But, we also can expect people to do so with a level of maturity.

And that is all there is to say about that...

1. FL - until they lose, they deserve it (and it pains me to say that) but they are really really good
2. TX - however, they are a one trick Colt that needs defensive help
3t. BAMA - kept a very good, but not top 10, team in the game with mistakes and still won by 10. VT will probably make the ACC Champ game, but does that really mean you're a great team?
3t. USCw - looked dominant against a team they should've dominated, jury still out
5. PSU - the best team in the Big 10(11)
6. OSU - this week we find out if Navy played that well or if the Luckeyes are really that slow
7. Cal - they are for real!
8. OU - their O line had better improve before they play the U
9. LSU - for one week I'll buy the burden of travel excuse for playing so poor at Washington
10. Oky St - until they play someone committed to running the ball. Ga + run = win, Ga + pass = loss.

Notable Kicks to the Curb.
Ole Miss - overrated, typical Ole Miss. They ran the score up late so it loks respectable, but Memphis is a very bad team with no QB play to speak of (missed countless open WR's) that kept it close to the 4th. Snead needs work and the O line will be a season long issue for them.
VT - run first and only team, very good Special Teams (not great), good defense but can be manhandled at the LOS and must pressure QB to have any effectiveness
BYU - if they continue to play well they easily make the top 10, OU has major O line issues
Boise State - I've never thought Oregon was that good, but BSU is just outside the top 10, for now.
GT - they are a team to watch, if they've mastered Johnson's "whole" offense they'll be tough to beat. (Note: Johnson's offense isn't just a Triple Option Flexbone but it also has Run and Shoot passing concepts. Very different but mesh well in his scheme and when run properly it's as hard to stop as anything in CFB. Per Coach Johnson "It takes about two Springs for the players to get comfortable with it.")
