🏈 JR Press Conf: Henry and Robinson announce they're headed to the league

If it holds, Bama is returning it's top 4 for sacks and tfls.

Incredible potential for next year with younger guys like Payne coming along. A solid secondary plus another hulking, run stopping DL with Williams/Evans as pass rush specialists and Foster filling the role of Ragland, 2016 has potential to be another amazing defensive year.

Offense has some ?s at center and QB, but otherwise solid play makers.

STs has a resurgent Griffith and Jk Scott. Finding the next Arenas, Maze, Cy Jones mold will be the challenge but the talent is on the roster.

Very excited to watch some of the position battles unfold this Spring.

Just because they weren't there doesn't mean OJ or Allen are going. Means either a) they are going and it was against Saban's urging (unlikely for Allen) or b) they just flat out haven't decided yet.

In another thread on Allen ...

Last night, around 9-10, there were several reasons that the family was weighing. By several, to be clear, they're looking at the money, the degree, and a few other factors.

It's about like signing day is Monday ... won't make or break the class, but it'd be great if they signed ... looks promising. Make sense?

The writers are going to play it for every minute they can over the next 48+ hours ...

Since CNS started holding the press conferences to let the guys announce their intentions, who all has announced outside of those? Like Vinnie, Hubbard and Pagan. There's got to be others since he started holding those. I just can't think right now. Would be interesting to know. And to know what advice CNS gave those fellas.

Same reason Vinnie Sunseri and Adrian Hubbard weren't at the press conference when they decided to jump against Saban's advice...
Vinnie was hurt during his last season. His dad blamed Saban and the decision he made to play Vinnie on special teams as the reason for said injury. There were A LOT of extenuating circumstances surrounding Vinnie and his "last days" at Bama.

Adrian doesn't fit either. He graduated in the fall of 2013. While he had a year of eligibility left, he also had his degree in hand. BUT, even more importantly, Adrian was at the press conference for Jr's leaving early. It was the Friday after the BCS NC game ...

(Side Note: I've made no bones about CLT as a recruiter versus that as a position coach. I have no qualms, or doubts, about saying Hubbard likely wouldn't have improved his draft stock with another year under Thompson.)
