I believe his thoughts are pretty accurate. We still are not there yet. I assume by 2010 if we recruit even half as good as we did this past year we will be definitely be nationally prominent. This year I think we will see improvement but a similar record as last year...maybe 1 win better.

I agree. We're not quite there yet, but I'm liking the improvement in personnel.

He's pretty good for the Ravens as well and has stepped up his role due to the departure of Adalius Thomas.
