🏈 Jameis Winston is being investigated for sexual assault

Just off the top of my head I thought of the Duke case and Kobe Bryant. To me "rape" would be a guy forcing himself onto a girl regardless of anything else, if she says "no" she means no. But if you got two drunk people that have sex, no I dont consider that rape. If a guy takes advantage of a drunk girl, thats pretty damn close to rape.

And what I am saying is that if the drunk girl says no, at any point, and the drunk guy proceeds until he convinces her...I consider that rape. As does the law if it can be proven.

Also I thought there were some other extenuating circumstances surrounding the Kobe Bryant thing that just made it clear that the case would be dismissed. I'll need to research that.

The story continues.

Via Yahoo! News (because I still live in the 1990s and use Yahoo! News):

Winston's attorney has claimed the athlete and his alleged victim had consensual sex, however in a video released Tuesday by Tallahassee police, Jenna Weisberg, the accuser's friend who called police on her behalf that night, told a different story. "She remembers the roommate trying to get him to stop. He walked in and was like, 'Stop she doesn't want to,'" Weisberg said in the video.

In addition, the accuser will proceed with civil action against Winston, the TPD, and possibly the university. She has also been the victim of harassment from FSU students, and was allegedly told by the deputy assistant state attorney of Florida NOT to return to school, allegedly warning her of potential "physical danger".

Instead of pointing fingers at her or at Winston, remember folks .. just hope and pray for justice and the truth.

Based on the criticism of the way "Penis" Winston talked in his after game interview (is this English). He may in deep alligator droppings...there ain't no way he "talked" her into it....lol
