I'll eat some if it's available, don't really make it because it's not something I love and nobody else in my family eats it.

Nothing wrong with a salad, no matter the time of year. Although, the quality of vegetables suffer in colder months. Shipped in or grown in hot houses. I hardly ever buy out of season vegs.
But that salad looks good.
