Saban’s house is lakefront. The 1701 Crowne Point house isn’t. Their houses aren’t next door or across the street from each other. It’s not a gated community but some houses sit further back from the road than others.

Correct. Saban still has his (owned by Crimson Tide Foundation). DeBoer now has his own, a Justin Thomas 3 wood away from him.
