where our greatest moment is ruining some other team's chance at Atlanta or the playoffs.

As much as it pains me to consider, the number of int's alone that we are likely to see from this team will result in another couple of losses. But I also think this team has the capacity to beat anyone if they have a good game.

Different kind of year... it may help our sanity to have different expectations.

For sure.

For any kind of success we have got to get out s@!$ together. But we also will need Ole Miss to lose.... Twice! That's a tall order given that Auburn is so awful this year. I think LSU could beat the , but who else will step up and give us another chance?

Auburn will have a surprise or two. LSU is probably favored by 14 points already. You can't rule out Miss State in the Egg Bowl. Arkansas may be overlooked. There are plenty of opportunities for OM to lose and the season is early.

The only way Ole miss loses 2 is if their qb goes down imo

As a poster I like you but right here I think you are dead wrong. We gave them the ball 5 times when it wasn't theirs. They had 1 freak luck play and at least 3 plays that Tom "I either had a stroke or am drunk" Ritter's crew shit the bed and they only won by 6. They will get their ass handed to them at least once on account of oline play and will lose at least 1 close one. My money is on the who's and Aggies. Then throw the shit show that is the egg bowl into the mix. They ain't no daisy. Cyrus was right.

The thing that needs to be considered here is if we remove the INT's from the Ole Miss game the Tide still is in a huge struggle due to the fumbles.

I'm still of the same opinion as I had, and shared, after the season opener last year. It's far, far too early for the over-reactions I'm seeing.

I just want to try and put Ole Miss out of my mind for now. And I hope Bama doesn't. I want to see Bama's attitude is to beat their opponent into the ground on every play. Dominate, overpower, beat into submission everyone that stands in their way of winning every game. In other words, back to the time their standard was "Make their ass quit!" When we see that attitude emerge again, I will feel that things will be alright.

Roll Tide!

I could be wrong and they may run the table but honestly, they gave up 500+ yards to Alabama and came within 3 minutes of still losing after being +4 in the TO margin. It took the final gift for them to put us away. How good is Ole Miss? I think it remains to be seen.

It could be that neither team is very good. Time will tell.

Ile miss has a good defense and a good qb. That was enough to beat Alabama on a bad day. I think some other sec teams match up better against them than we do.

Bama matches up better against lsu than Ole miss
