Honestly, after re-reading it a 3rd or 4th time, I FINALLY realized he WAS decomitting.

The first 2 or 3 times I just couldn't make it halfway thru without shaking my head in utter dumbfound, wondering WHAT THE HELL kind of high school he went to or how he even MADE IT to the 12th grade.
