🏈 Is Manziel talking smack to Finebaum? Or, should I question, "Has Finebaum got in Manziel's head?"

Finebaum getting in his noggin
Oh, yeah...

I'd call that a definite sign the boy has some issues going on in his head going into fall camp.

I've made it known I'm not a fan of the NFL. However, seeing this? Please lord, let Manziel leave after this season and please let him be drafted by the NY Jets. Oh, the media frenzy. :icon_eek:

Yup! JM better not rock the Finebaum boat too hard. I'm not sure if he realizes just how much Finebaum can get into ones cranium once he gets started on them. It's not like JM doesn't give everyone enough ammo on a weekly basis without even trying.

Honestly I've thought Finebaum hasnt been near as hard on Manziel as he could have been. In fact the comments he made at Media Days ended up being pretty much spot damn on. He said that he took both Manziel & AJ's comments as leading to the point that AJ couldn't attempt to wake Manziel up because Manziel wasnt even in their room yet when AJ woke up... come to find out thats exactly what happened on at least one day.

Manziel doesn't strike me as the rocket scientist he thinks he is, so he better watch out messing with Finebaum. Finebaum will make the kid look and feel like an idiot, especially if he decides to call him out on any of this past year's activities. Ole boy is going to fall hard, even his dad thinks so. The season starting isn't going to calm the circus because the media will still be up his butt either fueling his ego if he does well or kicking him and fueling his downward spiral while he fails.

I'll say this, he ain't afraid. Not gonna surprise me one bit if he's taking all this in to be used as motivation to whoop some ass this year.

Sounds like to me he's in fans heads more than others are in his head :)

So far, he has only proven that he can back up his smack talk, as far as we are concerned. I also think that Kirby Smart and co will have something for him this go-around. Anything that keeps him preoccupied with something other than football can only help us. Roll Paul!

He's just another football player in my eyes.

But GOOD GOD! He's definitely entertaining.

I don't want to see a mental breakdown on his part this season. I want him to have the same success he had last season. If not, we'll only hear excuses with the win.
