...just this week there were offers out there to settle all of this out of court.

Now, a judge has made a ruling that states Bush it going to have to testify and will be doing so under oath. Bush requested the records be confidential and that was denied as well. So, after this testimony, the NCAA will be able to review all of the testimony.

Now the guy that brought the lawsuit will have to testify as well if he wants to get any of his cash back.

Yes Keith, I'm a member there as well...but I wouldn't consider it having a pallet down! :lol: I know one of the people that created this forum fairly well via email and PM's. Not a bad forum for USCw information.
 
Wow, it looks like this might finally hit the fan then. Reggie Bush has no choice but to be honest, and I think most of us can agree that this won't end well for USC. It's still a 'I won't believe it until I see it' kind of thing.

wonder if this will have an ill effect on USC's 2009 class come NSD next year. Can't imagine a kid would want to walk into a program about to go into a probation.
