I had to go looking myself... knew I had seen them before but not sure where. Look at the bottom right of screen when you scroll up or down and they appear.

We've been using that feature dating back several versions of XF. Heck, it was a hack before they started including it in the base.

What I haven't seen is a thread where the scroll button didn't display.
