Might want to make sure your coach knows what one of the biggest parts of his job actually is before you sign him up. Did he think he was just going to have open tryouts and field a quality team?

The one advantage I saw in hiring Herm was how he'd be able to relate to the parents. I'm thinking this was an off-the-cuff comment that has been taken to the extreme. I just can't see how he didn't realize this but I can see how he'd say such just to fill air time.
