Will Rhea and Boullou only be football, or will they lend services to basketball and other programs as well?

@BamaFan334 While it's not by title Ballou has oversight as Dir of Sports Performance (another title for the position Cochran had.) Everyone else is either a Sr. Associate, Associate, or Assistant. SC. Guys like Snowden probably report to Hampton.

When it comes to the hierarchy I really haven't dug that deeply into who is over whom.

Those two are primarily football as I understand this to be.

So, It sounds like Ballou, Rhea works with Allen for all sports involved. So the answer to the question: Yes.

They don't have the time to work several sports. At least the ones I know didn't. That's why you see them specified through their different sports.

Then we have Jeff Allen and people who are assigned to Allen:

He falls more under Rhea than Allen. Their rehab programs are designed by Rhea (while they may, technically, fall under Allen's purview.) Rehabilitation and recovery strategies are examples of the primary reasons Rhea is in Tuscaloosa.

Dr. Gilmore-Childress is probably the most autonomous of the group. Her reports go through Allen, directives wouldn't. In a manner of speaking Amy Bragg works under her as well.

Pardon the analogy, but there are quite a few chiefs in this conversation.
