As a coach I think you would be able to put your bias aside and acknowledge a huge accomplishment and an effort. In college, everyone is good. I never said it was a career award, I simply was stating he achieved some things and wasn't some run of the mill player. He had a hell of a year, that's a fact. I believe with the situation of being a Navy guy, along with putting up great numbers would offer him an invite if they invited four or five guys. The guys they invited were spot on, but if they pushed it out he had an argument.

What point did he prove, because you said one team in the Top 50 being Notre Dame, and it was four. So in actuality it blew your argument to shit. Even with just this year he had outstanding numbers. So basically you were proven wrong on each argument you presented.

And B, as @uagrad93 pointed out, most of his record-setting stats are for his career, and not this season. And the Heisman is an award for one given season's accomplishments. Not a career.

ESPN's Brad Edwards (he's usually pretty on about these things) says it's still Henry's to win. Says that him playing at 4pm while no other games were on and having a big day really helped since he was already in the driver's seat. McCaffery and Watson having big days later on into the night helped clear up some ballots that were muddled in the 2nd and 3rd spots.

It will be close, this much I'm certain. McCaffery will sweep the west coat region, Henry will get the most southern votes but Watson will steal some. I have no idea who the other regions will favor. This may hurt Henry's chances a tad.
