I saw that video on TV a little while ago. IMO! That should be a technical foul.

Throat slashing, celebrating before you get to the end zone, just a couple of stupid things that has been legislated out of college football lately. It wouldn't hurt to trim a few things in basketball. You would have to review it, but a technical seems reasonable and of course if a foul was actually called on the innocent player it has to be rescinded.

Must be taking Lebron's Flopping 101 class... I dont think if you put a foul on those plays it would even stop it. In the NBA guys get fined 5k for blatant flopping (10k for a second and it continues to escalate from there). It is 100% why the NBA is almost unwatchable these days.
