Just stating a realistic scenario. If Jalen decides not to play then we'll see Simpson or someone else. IMO, you just read too much into what I'm stating. I have no narrative nor any reason to "hate" on Jalen, I'm just stating a simple fact and dont really give 2 shits on what the young man decides to do about his career and wish him nothing but the best moving forward.

It's cool It's just whenever I see something like that.. whew.. I'll give you a hint: Go look at SECRant, go under Alabama.. and whew my friend... it's a lot going on.

I have speculated with some buddies if the NCAA (or whatever college football becomes) doesn’t do away with the 4 years of eligibility. You’re already seeing players getting 8 seasons under their belt.

Not saying that’s going to happen, or even that I want that to happen - pure speculation.

But with players getting paid like they are. Let’s use Tebow as an example…MUCH better college player than NFL. Manziel…

CFB is changing at the speed of light right now. There is no telling what it will look like 10-20 years from now.

I like Milroe, but would also agree with Grubb. I think from a passing standpoint point Ty is a ways ahead of Milroe, but I could be wrong too

I feel like Brailsford returning is pretty dang huge.

I know it’s not a flashy position, but longevity and consistency at center is important. Snaps from the shotgun, for the most part this season were much improved than last.

A month or so ago I suggested something along these lines. A lot like the attempt to limit coaches pay we saw a quarter of a century ago...I can see a suit about the eligibility rules in the NCAA.

you have a 5 year clock that starts your 1st year of enrollment and continues regardless of your "enrollment status".. so they'd need to get rid of that.
