Point in fact. Go back to last season when the barn was ranked third in the nation. The Friday before they played Arky there were still seats available.

Contrast that with the Tide selling out all games in a season they go 6-6.

The only home game they can sell out is the Iron Bowl. But that is due solely to BAMA fans.

I have never disputed the fact we don't sell out ball games.

Please don't tell me that there is SRO in bds every saturday. I was there for Duke and ULM lat year and there was nowhere near a capacity crowd. Truth be told, scalpers help bama out A LOT with their claim to selling out 100,000,000 games in a row as the only thing looked at to get that stat is the number of tickets sold, not the number of butts in seats.

really? cause i was at the ULM game too and there wasn't a seat to be found. that little brother thing really kills yall dont it?

got 12?

how many of those 12 have you seen?

I remember 3 but there have been more in my lifetime. How many have you seen at the Barn, The people's national championship notwithstanding?
I've never seen a national title. I was refering to the masses of the bama nation that chant "got 12?" when most of them were either to young in 1992 to even remember(birdman) or were not even alive.

This reasoning is just dumb. Do you acknowledge Christmas? Do you remember Jesus' birth?

comparing alabama football to Christianity now? I guess it was just a matter of time...

You are this dense I guess. In no way, shape or form did I compare BAMA to Christianity. You did say you were in college right?

Only a 20 year old is too young to remember 1992. Are you really that ignorant to think you're in the majority?

I hate that we don't sell out all of our home games. It is one thing that I wish was different about Auburn. However, whoever said we only sell out for the Iron Bowl is of course wrong. We sell out to LSU, Florida, Bama, and other big games, but no not the ones people don't think will be a good game.

No no. LSU sells out JHS. Florida sells out JHS. BAMA sells out JHS. The barn never sells out JHS.

Can we please get rid of this troll? I don't mind Aubbies with decent opinions, but ignoramuses with nothing better to do than hijack threads is pretty juvenile. I think we all have better things to talk about than the random mind droppings of this belligerent.

Mr. WDE realizes what most Barners realize, and that is that their nice little run is about to come to an end. They're having to come face to face with the fact that what little they accomplished over the past 5 years is as good as it's ever going to get. They know they have peaked, plain and simple.

Can you imagine what the Barn program would have looked like had they gone through even half the setbacks Bama endured over the past ten years? Granted many were self induced, but it is comical how they pretend that, over this short period, they have beaten a program that was at equal strength. Now that they see us reaching equal strength, the fear comes out.

Fair enough. As I said, it is something we do poorly and that I wish was different about Auburn.

Well, I have been a member for a few days now and I had been impressed because I hadn't run into any of these type fans. You know, the ones who refuse to admit Auburn has actually been a really good program, still has great talent, and will continue to compete like they have. You know man, Bama isn't the only team there is. Auburn proved several times over several years that they are a great program and one that should be taken seriously. For you to sit here and think that just because "Bama is back" which we still haven't seen means AU is done is one of the dumbest things someone could say. I guess there really is no time when people like you will just be able to say, "well I hate Auburn, but they are a great team." It is people like you that makes beating UA so nice. People like you who spout the, Auburn is done, Bama is back, blah blah blah. Auburn has proven they are a great team on the field, before you start running your mouth about how AU is done and UA is gonna dominate, why don't you wait for UA to actually dominate a team.

What exactly have they proved? I must have missed it.

I didn't say Auburn was done, I said Auburn has peaked. Read my post, or at least try to read it.

Just a tidbit of knowledge that I ran across yesterday.... President Witt was married the day before the Arky game. It's amazing what you hear from gossiping secretaries in the Psychology department.

Why would the Barn's Psycology department need secretaries when no one goes to the classes?

I guess you missed the memo. I attend UA. yep there is a university attached to that football team

I understand that there is a University attached to the football team since I graduated from it with a degree in Business Management.

Congratulations on attending the correct University even if you root for the wrong one.

For the Auburn fans:

I can't stand Auburn, but they have a good team. TT has done a good job since he came on board and should be proud. Your team has shown a lot of improvement over the last few weeks and you should be proud. You've won the past five Iron Bowls, again you should be proud. It sucks that you don't sell out your stadium, but what are you gonna do? All you can do is support your team and hope that more people will follow suit.

For the Alabama fans:

We've got twelve NCs, whether we were able to view them or not, they still exist. We've won more bowl games, whether we've been able to watch all of them or not, it's still the truth. We sell out our stadium more. We are rebuilding, and things are looking bright. We're better looking, we're more fun at parties, our women are better looking, and our penises are much larger than anyone residing on the Plains "BOOYAH!!!" (Throws empty liquor bottle into street) "YEAH! GET SOME YOU FRIGGIN" PEACE PIGEONS! ROLL FREAKIN" TIDE!!!!!"

There, I think I covered everything.

Now, what the hell was this thread about?

This should be locked it's a rambling between fans nothing to do with the thread started. Damn hijackers!
It's a battle of the E-thugs over the net! We should charge for pay-per-view!!

Everyone should just admit ALABMA HATES AUBURN/ AUBURN HATES ALABAMA I'm sure this is not a hidden fact to the rest of the world either.

LOL @ Wiseace615

Did I miss something, or does this comment have absolutely nothing to do with the topic of this thread?
Yes you are correct I should have commented on how bama is yet again overcompensating with a bigger stadium to hide the fact that their football team is a has-been.

How did it feel loosing to Mississippi State? Has been? Try up and comming. You stink.
