Someone on reddit has built one for college football words. I tried it yesterday and the word was zippy. That's a new football term to me. I doubt I'll play that again.

You should be using uBlock Origin on every browser and only allowing ads for sites you want to support. And, if you have the ability, you should put up a Pihole or Adguard Home server on your home network and use it for DNS instead of using whatever your ISP provides you. I haven't had ads on games on my phone at home in years.

There are other options that give you less control than PiHole. For example, you can change the DNS on your network to point to the AdGuard public DNS that or install their app (link)
