The way I understand it his wife had an affair with her tennis instructor and Jay left the marriage.

Wow, I don't know of a finer person than Jay (unless he has changed lately). I can't believe how stupid on her part.

I hate it for the children. I'm still just shocked. I know, I know happens all the time. I couldn't imagine a better husband or father, but maybe I don't know the whole story.

I saw him back in...Septemberish? And he was the same Jay. Great with the public, nice as could be, could spout off a verse at anytime. I enjoyed listening to him.

Good to know. I assumed he was still the same. Someone that grounded rarely changes.

I read somewhere that he and Amy actually met in junior high and dated from that point on. Well, I don't know if "dated" was exactly the word regarding junior high.

I don't know if either dated anyone else, but it made it seem that they had been boyfriend and girlfriend from junior high on. I don't think that is ever a good idea. Why people don't take the chance to date others when you have the chance I'll never understand. ;scr Of course this has nothing to do with the fact I wanted to go out with Jay and tried to do so. :D
