Lol. Plenty of times grabs juries have not indicted and them later did. Your can commit crimes and never be charged or found guilty. But you said he was found Not Guilty in Court of Law. The difference between Kraft and Watson was that Kraft went into the situation knowing what he was after and the girl knew as well. Watson unexpectedly did his business. He has stated he is a highend sthlete who has to keep his body in shape yadda yadda, and then changed it to, it was consensual when you have many women saying no. Major difference there, although both broke the law, so both should pay.

My understanding is an in-home massuese is the same thing unless she is a part of physical therapy clinic. Very few of them would be of the non"professional" variety.

This is completely untrue. I have been sued and settled and even though I was fully in the right. I have a job because insurance companies settle with people even though they were at fault. Businesses do it every day. I assume that was a smart business decision because it would be more expensive to fight it and win than to settle and put it behind him. Even if he wins, he has to pay legal teams big money every time he has to respond no matter how trivial and what happens when he wins.. does he counter sue some lady who does rub and tugs for $200 an hour?

Again, I am not a Watson fan, nor do I think he didn't flirt with these ladies but being realistic... They are in home rub and tug artists, almost escort or stripper level girls. They knew who what was there, probably what he expected... not innocent by-standers here, the lawyer is a known douchebag who has done similar type scams in the past to force settlements it is what he does.

They tried to file charges against him and there wasn't any evidence which is why it twice was thrown out by a grand jury, phrase it out you want but you are either guilty of a crime or you are not guilty.

There are reports that the prosecutor was publicly saying Watson would face punishment through other means (lawsuits, court of public opinion, etc) even if he was not convicted while the grand jury was meeting precisely in order to make their job easier in not charging him. The prosecutor knew it would be hard without eye witnesses or video evidence.
