Calvin Ridley gets a whole year's suspension for betting a whole $1500 that his own team would win.
Plaxico Burress got a four-game suspension because he shot himself in the leg. (rocket scientist...)
However...
Ray Rice beat up his fiance`...two games
Greg Hardy beats the hell out of his girlfriend...ten games, which was reduced to four.
Donta Stallworth got sixteen games for vehicular homocide.
DeShaun Watson, a serial sexual assaulter, will now serve a six-game suspension.
Good look, NFL. Good look.

Not a Watson fan but just a few thoughts

The Lawyer is a known ambulance chaser and schiester (he represents all the girls)
Watson says he is innocent
He was tried in court of law two times and was found NOT GUILTY each time
It has cost him every sponsor he ever hoped to have and 1/12 seasons of football
If you look at the claims they aren't anywhere near rape or anything near
These girls give massages and go to guys homes alone. I am sure what he did probably happens to them 50% of the time (robert Kraft)

Not saying he didn't roll his pecker over on their arm accidently" but what if...

He is telling the truth..
the lawyer is making a money play
he never did anything unwanted with these girls
he has lost 2 years of his career, his reputation, all sponsors and millions of dollars
he has been found not guilty by a court of law twice
and still gets hit with a 6 game suspension

I think it's fine, leave the guy alone and let him play.. if he was guilty of hitting on these massage girls.. he has served a severe punishment.

Fuck the court of public opinion. We have a president in office who was accused, lady filed a report that was found as credible (Tara Reid). Her claims were 10 times worse than anything Watson did and he is still president. Trump is on tape saying he used to grab girls by the Pu$$y which is worse and more proveable than any of these claims and he still is president, Bill Clinton... well you know.. that list is too long to go into..

Why would we hold a football player who has been found innocent to a higher standard than the presidents of the USA?

OJ was ruled innocent as well.

The NFL is supposed to be held in the highest regard in all of sports, if you let them tell it. The Shield is supposed to be above and beyond when it comes to talent, professionalism, and conduct. It's more of an indictment on what they claim it is and then in rwality of what it actually is. Watson doesn't pay out and settle out of court if he's truly innocent. Regardless of the lawyer, regardless of the one whose son said she was lying, he broke the law somewhere in there with many of these women. You wanna act like you're the #1 business in the world and uphold such standards, then act like it. And this isn't just a Watson deal, this is directed at the MANY other instances dealing with drugs, firearms, physical abuse, and all the other shit that never makes the news that they cover up. Have some decency for other humans. After all, these women are someone's daughter's, so put yourself in that light and see if you are still letting Watson skate. He hired them and sought them out, not the other way around. One or two, sure, maybe cleat chasers. Over 20? Come on now.

I want you to find where he was charged and tried in a court of law for sexual assault in any of these cases. He has never faced a judge or jury and had a not guilty verdict read on any of these charges. The Grand Jury refused to indict him twice but that is not a not guilty verdict.
 
Face it guys. In this day n time. Girl say u did. You guilty. ( see judge kavenaugh and supreme court BS)

He was inactive (his choice) all year so still got paid his $10.54M salary. By being inactive, it also "improved" his chances of a trade by preventing injury. Now he's signed a $230M contract with Cleveland that is fully guaranteed. According to The Sporting News:

Robert Kraft also settled with one of these "rub and tug" girls... for you guessed it sexual stuff ..where is his 2 year suspension..? The leadership of the "Shield" and the owners should be held to the same standard. Also, see Daniel Snyder...

As far as OJ, Hollywood lives by its own set of rules.. much like politicians

Why did they refuse.. lack of evidence? Which means he wasn't guilty of a crime.. democrats and trying to redfine everything..lol

By all means hold him accountable. You get zero argument from me there.

The difference between Kraft and Watson was that Kraft went into the situation knowing what he was after and the girl knew as well. Watson unexpectedly did his business. He has stated he is a highend sthlete who has to keep his body in shape yadda yadda, and then changed it to, it was consensual when you have many women saying no. Major difference there, although both broke the law, so both should pay.
