My main concerns are the new coordinators but I believe coach has put people in the assistant roles to really allow the new blood someone to lean on when needed or struggles arise.

Bobby will test lupoi out the gate ...

I see a number of people question if Tosh is ready. I saw a number of people this spring say if Tosh isn't promoted to DC he'll leave.
These two things do not equal each other.
