The way I read the article and saw on the video she would not wear a mask (they are mandated in Ohio) and was asked to leave and she refused. She then resisted arrest. I don't blame the cop. But that's just me.
 
Masks are a law in some places ordained by Gov Memaw in Alabama. She also said there will not be arrests for not complying. Hurricane Sally wiped out the virus around here. 7 days without power in this heat probably did it. Haven't seen many mask lately. No cleanup crews wear them, no one running a chainsaw, the local gas station, or any place I've been but restaurants.

It appears a some people are giddy over this as if to say I told you so or you deserve it because you have been downplaying wearing mask. That is pretty sad honestly but not surprising.

at this point I don't see a vaccine being very effective, because it's morphing into another type. Learning how to treat it could be the better cure. For instance the common cold doesn't have a vaccine but we know how to treat it.
 
I did some readings on mutations some months ago, and it was interesting to note the casual observer believes "it's mutating" is a horrible development. In our science classes and general population, we only read about the winners, those whose change adapted them to survive or thrive. Most mutations change organisms for the worse.

What I have read is this is normal and expected. Trying to understand the horrible development part.
