They made some very good halftime adjustments in our game...hope they do so here as well for their defense.
I am seeing poor fundamental play across the board on TTU's defense. I don't think they thought they had a contest on their hands. I can't say I thought so either...

I knew going in that this would be an even match from a talent standpoint, with Ole Miss perhaps having an advantage on the lines.
I kind of figured that Nutt's propensity for sucking in bowl games would continue, and that they would lose their composure and get blown out because of it. Against TT you cannot lose focus for even a minute or it is 6 points.
Ole Miss held TT to one long drive in the first half. Their other TD's were short field on a turnover, and a pick-6. If they play a sound second half, they could win.
Miss's DB's are def. hanging with the Tech receivers and Crabtree is not beating them single handed. they've kept him in check pretty decently, injured ankle or not. McCluster is a beast, damn i hope he goes pro. they havent turned the ball over since early and if they keep it that way i think they'll win it. im still laughin at that dude saying theyd be lucky to not have Tech drop 40 on em by halftime.
I think the DL has a lot to do with it. The secondary is doing well, but the DL is preventing Harrell to get set. If the secondary was having to sit out there and cover all day, it would not be good...but the Ole Miss DL is taking the pressure off.
