That question is always asked when an opinion is presented that doesn't flow well with delicate sensibilities that aren't used to opposing viewpoints.

It would probably be better to contact an admin or moderator and lobby to have whatever member you are tired of banned.

From what I understand, it is pretty difficult to implement an ignore user function with the setup they have.

So, just go with the trying to get the person banned option. That would probably be much more satisfying for you also.
