They may not have to pay Chip more than 4.5 a year. If Kelly doesn't get the USC job (and does in fact leave the NFL) then what other jobs are there for him?

There are a lot of openings at the moment, but not a lot of "big money" openings. UGA has to be #2 behind USC right?

I have always heard that the best thing to do is when you fire a coach, you hire the opposite.... Richt was defensive so they should go after an offensive minded coach. Mullins and Kelly sound like good options if I'm UGA.

Not sure throwing out a lot of money for a first time HC (Kirby) is a "smart" move on either end. Expectations would be real high for Kirby right out of the gate, which could easily backfire.
