I was being a smart ass earlier with Radar versus Rader ... got me thinking though. You see people who misspell Saban and Kiffin and we saw (rarely anymore) people misspell Stallings.

But, we never see that happen with Shula, or Price, or DuBose ...

I really like Werner, too. But he's been coaching 30+ years, so its hard to call him an up and comer. Lots of time with Miami as a QB coach and OC.

Was suggested a few days ago that Deshea Townsend could be leaving Miss State for an NFL job with the Tennessee Titans, sounds like it happened yesterday.

First two reasons are why we went SoCal > Texas years ago. NoCal is worse than SoCal.

Lions running backs coach Curtis Modkins will join the 49ers as offensive coordinator, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the Sacramento Bee reports Bears special teams assistant Derius Sinton will join the 49ers as special teams coordinator, and Fox Sports reports former Titans offensive line coach Pat Flaherty will join the Niners as offensive line coach. In addition, defensive coordinator Eric Mangini will not return, per multiple reports.

Dameyune Craig to LSU in what sounds like it would be a lateral move. That would certainly be an interesting move. Malzahn loves him some Lashlee.

I've thought that Sumlin would beat Malzahn out the door...seems less likely now if this happens.

Les making up for some of the recruiting he lost earlier. Wonder if Craig gets involved in the QB situation, doesn't seem like Cameron has done much to improve that position.

HUGE blow to Auburn.

It very well may end up being an improvement for Auburn. Craig can recruit, though I have a HARD TIME with the way he recruits. One thing he isn't known for is coaching ability. (See Lance Thompson.) They may get a guy who actually can coach WR's.
