Got one person I watch games with and it is not the wife . The wife can come in and does occasionally but she does not stay since me and my game watching friend can get a little intense . I like to say we coach them hard ...

Yea, I'm fine with banter or questions about the actual game. My aunt is die hard like that, but when we watch together we usually chat about formations, defense, and stuff going on in game. That being said, we try to avoid talking during the play unless it's jumping up and yelling "GO GO GO" or something like that.

I mostly watch the games with my two kids and we talk during the game, we don’t take them that serious, but that being said we don’t go anywhere to watch them and my daughter is much more intense about the games than either my son or I

I don't want anyone watching the game with me when its on. I enjoy getting on the game thread and talking with Crimson Tide fans; the good and bad. Sometimes, I hate to say, I fall into the bad category.

I actually have enjoyed watching with my wife lately. She asks questions and I am able to help sharpen her knowledge of the game. She has taken an interest due to our son getting a little older and playing more and more, so she has questions that I am happy to answer. much better than someone that's disinterested and doesn't share your joys. Same thing with baseball this last year as we watched probably 98% of the Braves' games together and talked a lot about the crazy things you'll see if you watch the games enough. Always some crazy rule or play that shows up when she thinks she has a grip on the rules and how they play.

There’s very few people I’ll watch a game with. I don’t mind questions about the game, from girlfriend, wife(ex), or kids. It’s the cross talk that has nothing to do with the game that drives me nuts!!! Another thing that gets me is changing the channel between plays!!!!! My brother is awful about that!!!! Check the other games on your phone, man!!!!!!!!
