šŸˆ CFP Rankings / Announcements for 2015 - '16 Final Four and New Years Six and bowl games...

I blame the Big 12 for thinking they will be slick and not impose a Championship game. Each school has bought into that idea from what have heard from coaches like Briles and others. Bit them last year, helped them this year, but there has to be consistency instead of slanted tables that favors a group of teams. You think people would be pro-Alabama if we didn't play a Championship game?

Need 12 teams to get a conference championship game. They are lobbying to get this requirement removed so they can do this with 10 teams.

It's risk-reward. Last year it cost the conference, this year it was a benefit.

After 2011, we (Bama fans) can't really argue that point too much with any real legitimacy. However, Ou and the Big 12 no doubt recall 2003 where KState nearly ruined it for the Big12 by upsetting OU in the CG, although the bcs computers allowed them to play in the CG. So, framed in that, playing a CCG with a round Robin may not seem worthwhile.

Personally, I think the risk isn't worth it. Just play the extra game and get the "One true champion." Reduces doubt and controversy.

I feel as if the computers offered a closer look into the actual best teams. No grey area, black and white with no human error. It was clear that year that we were 1 and 2 with LSU.

Yeah, I would prefer not play the extra game and watch, but since we have to play I'm glad we can chirp about winning the extra game against a Top defense in the country.

They knew that guideline when they lost two teams to the SEC, and two to the Pac-12, yet they brought in only a number of teams that still negated their championship game. All decisions they could have made and quite frankly failed at. They have offered their selves up to all the criticism and backlash.

Don't disagree. Lets say they made a move after 2 teams last year after the "One True Champion" debacle. Who do they go after and more importantly, how quickly do they join the conference?

My opinion, had they found two teams prior to the start of this season, they wouldn't be added until the 2016 season. So they'd still be stuck in the same spot this year had Stanford not lost.

Well, let's all start out analysis vs Michigan State. Cook is no joke at QB and they have a solid defense up front. Not a team we need to look over.

I expect OU to smash Clemson, especially with last years embarrassing loss on their minds.
