It didn't look photoshopped at all to me as the jersey drapes perfectly over the hand and roll of paper. That kind of stuff is hard to photoshop unless you're very, very good at it and even then, if you were going to photoshop the jersey on the statue, why show it as taped to it? Just photoshop the shirt on the statue itself, like the statue is wearing it - that would have been a better fark, IMO than taping it to the statue. No, some silly little Barner did this and then posted it to his twitter account.
