šŸˆ Bryce Young... I am calling it now

He continues to make plays for sure. Seemed like he got a little frustrated or confused for the first time this year during the stretch at the end of the first half and first couple of series in the 2nd half. He worked through it with some coaching from the head man. He also got a little chewing which is good for his growth also.

Am surprised he misses so many times on deep throws. Has time and open receivers

But just a sophomore that hasn't played til this year

Could really be great as he gets more experience

The talking heads on espn starting to push the Pittsburgh QB and Oklahoma QB in Heisman

I agree with you here. One would think he would hit more deep. Not taking anything away from him, but he is deadly within thirty yards, but anything over is just off.

Two heisman caliber QBs for OU……….everybody buying that is a crack head. Rattler didn’t walk on water….he walked slightly above it at least according to the talking heads. The other one is no better than either of the Florida QBs.

And if you watched first half of game. He wasn't really very good.

Ole ms QB better then either of OKs

Bryce Young is so incredibly good right now and people don’t seem to understand it. He is not perfect and hitting deep balls is the only area he isn’t great at. He distributes the ball better than anyone. He moves in the pocket and avoids sacks and his scrambling was awesome. Once he starts hitting the deep balls he will be unreal

My game watching buddy and I were talking about Youngs long throws and comparing them to Mac Jones. He observed that Young throws a flatter ball deep so if the throw is off there is not time for the receiver to adjust/accelerate to make up for the throw not being perfect. Of course this works both ways the DB also has a little more time to make a play. Bottom line he is just missing. Not bad but enough for an incompletion. He is already playing at a high level but if/when he improves in this are no one will stop him and he is close to that right now.

On the talking heads pusing Heisman, I noticed that also. Herby pushing the OU QB. It is what it is. Young keeps winning and making plays it will take care of itself.
