I'm no geographical genius, but wouldn't an hour south of Louisiana put you in the Gulf of Mexico? A 3 bedroom house boat would mean he grew up rich, right?
Unless it's been edited since publication, the article reads "hour south of New Orleans." That's right, he was living in Port Sulphur.
I remember thinking about that when he first popped up on the recruiting trail: Port Sulphur?!?! There's a town close to me called Moncks Corner--makes sense, there's a monastery there. A port named Sulphur? Eessh, the smell?
On a related note to the thread, it paints a completely different picture about how some choose to describe how Bama players are treated.
