3 games, I didn't know Urban had it in him. Shocked. Bet he wouldn't be this stern in a larger bowl game...

Probably not, but he still does have that kind cloud over him that he's not very disciplinary due to all the arrest he had at Florida.

Curious what the violation was. If I screwed up, my parents would be the first to tell me I deserved the punishment hahah.

Meyer's doing what suits him best. This season is over. Better to have him for game three next year, which is their first challenge (VaTech). If they were in the NC game, he'd play, no doubt.

Jawja and SC are behind in the SEC vs the world. LSU looking good

Big 10 has looked weak all season for the most part, but they are shining today in the match ups against the SEC. They're taking a shot at our credibility. USCe better step it up. They seem to play their bowl games tight every season.

Yes, but both Georgia and LSU playing with their starter quarterbacks injured and out. Believe LSU's quarterback today is a freshman.

He not the first one to do that, and, he won't be the last either. Hang on to the ball until you get in the Endzone. Why drop it at the goal line anyway.

LSU did play a freshman QB, and luckily he didn't look good at all. 7 completions. Lucky for them Hill was on in the rushing game. He was a beast when they needed him.

I remember Mark Barron almost did it in '09 against South Carolina.

Our defensive players need to learn to do what our offensive guys do - find an official and hand them the ball. When Marcel Dareus scored in the Texas game, Saban came unglued when he threw the ball.

Michigan State pretty much just sealed the deal versus Stanford, 24-20, on a huge 4th and 1 stop at the Stanford 35.

The Rose Bowl was a good game. I didn't see Stanford running their heavy OL sets much.

Great game. Love the physicality, reminded me a lot of the LSU-'Bama match-ups these past few years. Still think Stanford was too stubborn. Love their mentality, but sometimes you need to mix it up. 4-and-1, try play action at least.

Watching the post game show, and the initial celebrations, it feels like I just watched the championship instead of "just" the Rose Bowl.
