| TV/MOVIES/MUSIC Bladerunner 2049

Not too sure about this one yet. The original is classic but the story seemed pretty complete at the end of it. Any lingering questions needed no answer as they were more philosophical than literal. I think a sequel can ruin the original in this case by cheapening it.

I know of quite a few people (including myself) that's feels the same way. Where they could possibly go with the story that would be worthwhile is the big question for now.

Found a plot synopsis that leads me to believe it will take a big stinking dump on the original.

Thirty years after the events of the first film, a new blade runner, LAPD Officer K (Ryan Gosling), unearths a long-buried secret that has the potential to plunge what’s left of society into chaos. K’s discovery leads him on a quest to find Rick Deckard (Harrison Ford), a former LAPD blade runner who has been missing for 30 years. First Official Synopsis For 'Blade Runner 2049' Revealed
