I can say one thing about the Haitians in Talladega County… Third World immigrants got sent to a county with Third World judges and a third world district attorney‘s office.. probably the most corrupt in the state of Alabama..

Yes.. I live in Bama..I hope for a Bama Natty..But the justice system in Talladega county is totally anti cop and anti constitutional rights..I’m sure the DA is closely watching for any citizen to defend their town against this invasion..

Without specifics, what are some examples? Grew up in Shelby, and now in St. Clair across the lake from Talladega County and CMP, so I rub up against it frequently. Do you have a broad enough perspective to compare it to adjacent counties?

There is no such thing as a fair trial there .. If anyone defends their self there plan on going to prison.. No discovery given.. No exculpatory evidence given by judges… not long ago, a 18-year-old kid shot a guy that was coming over to beat on him and his mother.. the guy tried to hit him with a car. He shot him in the car… he is now in prison for capital murder LWOP..The courts are kangaroo indeed.. many other examples… The DA and judges only cares about one thing conviction at all cost..No outside attorneys allowed in that county either or they get bullied..A lot of Good lawyers will not even take a case there..

Just saw the State AG on TV. Emphasizing how these are legal immigrants. Also fyi, Haitians & Cubans are exempt from waiting periods for social benefits.
