🏈 Big XII missed on 5*

I know Texas lost several 5* due to other schools, didn't think the Big-XII would miss this bad on the 5*. 247sports lists (3) 5*, but Scout and Rivals list ZERO.

Can't find the ESPN rankings easily.

The Big 12 screwed up letting aTm and Mizzou come to the SEC. Pandering to UT and OU has given them a sub par league that absolutely is floundering. At one point in the mid to late 90's the Big 12 looked to make a run at the SEC to be a super power in the conferences of college football. I can see where NCAA football is going to be made up of 4, 16 team super conferences. I never would have thought the Big 12 would be one to go by the way-side, but it certainly looks that way.

I think it's cyclical. Too much money and tradition at OU and UT for them to fade permanently, although UT administration looks like the gang who can't shoot straight these days. The money and political clout at OK State and Baylor will also yield flashes nationally. I do hope the couch burning hooligans at WVU fade into oblivion.

I think KSU is gonna start to rise, given the team's (especially Klein's) success this past season.
