He's been a moron. Much like having people watch over Duke, much like the security watching over the dorms, he's had a "get back" guy for a bit now. Loose cannon.
In SEC play he'll be 0-6 versus Bama here in just a few minutes...
hes not very well liked by ppl that know him here in Oklahoma either. I work with a guy that coached his son and the first thing he ever says in regards to him is how much of a dick he is lol
Yes. I have confirmed that's true. Dax...................m73 2015-05-10 21:13:32
thought it was bush league that they wouldnt let us use their indoor cage (which it was). Golloway sent an assistant out to tell our coaches we wouldnt have use of the facility. Dax allegely told the assistant to tell the HC that he should be "man" enough to come tell them face to face.
Golloway went ballistic. I dont believe our guys backed down a bit.
I had read where Pendley tweeted that it was over the use of the Barns' indoor cages. UA was scheduled to use them and then Galloway had them locked out Sunday. Bush League! Galloway is officially part of the Fambly now!!
Based on what I've seen I suspect he won't be part of that group much longer.
They're heading to Gainesville this weekend...while they've pretty much sealed a trip to the SECT a quick exit in the regionals and it may be a story worth a glance (no more, mind you.)
Gaspard isn't getting it done. Talked with him a couple of times, real nice guy, but ain't producing. Very similar to Grant, good guys, but that won't keep you employed.
I'm actually going to cut Gaspard some slack this year. With all of the renovations going on at The Joe, a true practice routine can't be easy! Damn, loading up on a bus and driving 45 minutes for every home game has to take it's toll as well.

Hockey team has been doing that for ten years. They don't get to Pelham til the evening (for practice) and not back to Tuscaloosa til late. It is a pain in the ass to everyone involved. Selfishly, I'm glad they do.
@bama alum, I understand the hardships. Baseball is a game that those fine motor skills have to be honed daily. There are so many situations to cover, various bunts situations, first and third, situational BP on the field with live runners, cutoffs, etc. An indoor facility can only provide you with a fraction of what you need. Any day the team isn't playing, they should be on the field. Put one or two cranes in the middle of your stadium and the hardship really starts to hit home. I would say that if the Pelham Ice Center was having issues and the Frozen Tide couldn't get in there and Huntsville or Montgomery was the closest ice rink, then it would be more alike. 56 games really starts to wear on you when you are busing to every home game. Baseball is just a different animal. I take nothing from the Frozen Tide. Compound that constant travel for home games and then throw in 5 unscheduled conference double headers to boot, and you literally just try to survive. That is the reason I will give Gaspard a pass on this year and this year alone. His ass will definitely be on the hot seat next year in The New Improved Joe!!
