🏈 Barners are getting a little rediculous

I'm just going to lay out a trail of broken laptops from West Georgia county to my house, get some camouflage and a ghillie suit, plus a bear trap I have in my basement. Maybe scent it with some Gator bait for good measure and who knows? I might snag the infamous Newtonian.

All i can say is it's a good thing for Auburn i don't have Warren Buffet type money and Al Capones ethics.
No barn booster in the country could take a dump without me knowing what color it is.
I'd have so many Private Investigators in Lee County.....they'd have to build 5 apartment complexes to house them all.

All i've heard out of my best buddy today at his house was Cam this Cam that. War Cam Eagle. bama sucks. thier gonna thump us twice as hard as USC did.
For the most part i just kept my mouth shut. I'll let Donte Hightower do all my talking for me in in a month or so.

:a:they better hope they don't lose newton to the big black bear named "rebel"instead of a game over a month away.....pressure bust pipes and we got alot of football left

Personaly i was hoping LSU would take care of that problem.
I don't see the build-a-bears geting at him very much to affect him in a way that
would be a plus for us. Now IF he goes down i won't cheer....but don't expect me to
pretend not to be happy about it.

We want Auburn to be #1 coming into BDS.the place will be rocking. Can you imagine..... It will be great to ruin their season, sec and NC hopes.

So you want to kill the guy that stole the laptop and sold it to Cam?

A few random points after reading most of the replies...

It is the fans beating their chests, not the players. I have a feeling focus has not been lost. Ole Miss this week, UTC and then UGA. They obviously will not overlook Ole Miss to get to UTC. UGA beat us in gut-wrenching fashion the last two years--don't think that point is lost on the seniors on this team. I believe we will head to Tuscaloosa undefeated.

That being said, Ole Miss worries me. They're anemic on offense, not much better on defense but Houston Nutt finds a way every damn year to get one game to go his way and beat someone he shouldn't. I'd feel much better if we didn't have the Right Reverend Nutt on the opposing sideline this week. By all rights we should beat Ole Miss. But then again by all rights we should've slaughtered Kentucky and if we hadn't blown opportunities against LSU and let them hang around we win going away.

Georgia seems to be hitting stride at the exact wrong time for us. We have the home-field disadvantage working against us in this game. We have more talent than they do. We've had more talent then they had in the past and found ways to drop those games too.

The end of the season is obviously a huge one for both teams, should both teams run the table to get there. Bama will no doubt scheme to take Cam away and probably better than anyone has all year. That game will be decided in the trenches. In the SECCG last year Saban had his D-lineman rushing to Tebow's level and then converging on him, forcing him to step up into the pocket, which was not his strong suit. The pass rush is not as strong this year as it was last and Cam usually makes his runs by taking it between the tackles. What I'm getting at is I have no idea what they hell will happen.

For the moment I'm glad we're #1 because the men deserve praise at this point. They've worked hard and come through a grueling three (the first of which we made so) game stretch. They've knocked off three top 12 teams and have far exceeded expectations. Are we the best team in the country? Eh, I wouldn't go that far. I think we have the talent to beat anyone, I also think we have the ability to embarrass ourselves against anyone.

Five weeks of football before any of this crap really starts to matter, six if you count conference championship week.

Ah c'mon Duder, I'm sure you've beat the ol' chest a little since the new BCS #1 ranking over on the ol' family forums.

Congrats, AU deserves it. And about whether or not the AU players are beating their chest, sure they are. Hell AU players can make a normal tackle and they all jump up run around chest bumping like they made the winning tackle in the Super Bowl. I'm not buying those guys aren't walking with a little more strut after the new rankings. Not saying they're going to lose focus, but all this new Heisman talk and number one ranking brings added new pressures. I'm curious to see how this AU team and their coaches handle it...

They've earned the right to beat their own chests...they've broken everyone else's they've played so far! I just hope the AU players buy into everything they are going to hear about how great they are until the evening at BDS! AND I Hope our Defense finds their Nasty Swarming Selves...The 2010 Bama Defense will have the opportunity to become Legends Forever in a matter of only 60 minutes! That's an Amazing Chance for every one on the Bama Defense! 60 mins. Of whoopin' on Cam and Crew and they will be Instant Celebrities and Heros Forever! They will forever be in stone right along side every great game and every Rock Star that's ever been born in Bama History! I just hope they Realize it and decide to not be denied that night....

Roll Tide Roll!

this is when i fear that chizik's "family atmosphere" is not the best approach.. remember last year when the players wanted to douse saban after the win over florida? the "family atmosphere" allows mistakes like that to take place.. finishing is the hard part.

I tip my hat to Auburn and what they've accomplished so far. Before the LSU game I thought LSU's physicality would let them knock Newton around during the game and cause them some problems. Auburn's offensive line, which is world's better than I thought it would be coming into the season, had a magnificent game and Newton had a great day.

If we do our part, that Friday after Thanksgiving in BDS will be a great game with a lot on the line.
