I'm not taking anything away from Clemson, they have a good team. I just don't think they are ready for what's coming.

I don't think they are the best defense we've played, LSU. Is Clemson better than Washington, probably in the front 7.

AJC - Airport, Airlines Prepare for Storm to hit Southeast

Those whose flights are cancelled or significantly delayed are entitled to a refund.

Delta said its teams are preparing for de-icing and snow preparations.

Dallas-based Southwest warned that its flights Jan. 6-7 to or from Atlanta, Birmingham, Charlotte, Greenville/Spartanburg, Nashville, Norfolk and Raleigh/Durham may be delayed, diverted or canceled. Passengers with flights booked for those dates can rebook or travel standby without paying any additional charge, according to Southwest.

Travelers still planning to fly over the weekend should check their flight status frequently for updates.​

A quiet day of practice again in Tuscaloosa today as Alabama finishes its work before leaving for Tampa in the morning. The team was in full pads and working inside again.

• Wasn't able to check on the defensive line yesterday because they were doing a drill outside, but they came in today. Dalvin Tomlinsonlooked fine. He was banged up in the playoff and finished the game but I wanted to make sure he wasn't limited. Looked like he was a full participant.
  
  
• Some more scout team numbers: WR Armani Purifoye (6-0/193) was in Mike Williams' (6-3/225) No. 7 jersey. Donnie Lee (6-0/180) was dressed in Artavis Scott's (5-10/190) number.
  
  
• Rush Propst was at practice again today, as well as what looked like a Hillcrest assistant among some other high school coaches.
  
  
• Rashaan Evans was taking reps with the first and second units in a drill for the front seven, working with Reuben Foster in one and with Keith Holcombe in the other.
  
  
• Noticed the team had a CFP decal on its helmet (just the football part of this). FYI, we asked yesterday and confirmed that Alabama will be in its crimson jerseys as the home team.
