Bama has something the gaytors don't this year.......playmaking recievers. If they would have had them then my boys would have really took a beating last sat. I have watched every Bama and FL game so far.....Bama is the stronger looking team at this point. You also have a stronger D than they do .....If we had an offence we would have one that game, thats why Urban is trying to blame their mediocre performance on the flu.....I think as long as yall can put ole miss to rest then the SEC and the National Title is yours for the taking.

Paul Bama is good but, I aint drinking the Kool Aid. Tebow was one fumble away from putting the smack down on a very well coached Monte Kiffin defense.

Florida has the same playmakers that caught some really good touchdown passes against the Tide in the SEC championship game. Murphy and Cooper are very much playmakers at the wide receiver position.

I think the difference between this years Tide and last years is early respect.

We will start to see how the team does come SEC play.

At first, I would have to agree with you. But, they were not very fluid against Troy either. I am starting to think they have some serious weaknesses in their bulletproof armor.

Well, its either that or I am tired of hearing all of the gator crap here in the panhandle.

FWIW, Murphy is gone—NFL.

Florida was counting on Thompson to be that deep threat to replace Murphy but he's been out with a hamstring injury. He's supposed to be back against Kentucky.

Nelson hasn't established himself as legit deep threat yet. Cooper has one long TD...close to 70 yards.

They need that deep threat...but, right now, it just isn't there with consistency.

Funny, I've been hearing about how great we are from Tennessee fans all week. This afternoon, Nashville sports talk radio was all abuzz about how much better Bama stacked up over Florida. I ain't buying it from them.

Let's just keep winning our games and hope that Florida wins the rest of theirs as well.

they don't have that deep threat without percy and murphy....they depended way to much on tebow in that game who rushed 24 times and had 15 more rushes than any other RB on the gators during that game:dazed:

I know it isn't necessarily their style, but they also would be better with a power back not named Tebow. Trent Richardson would be just as much of a horse in their offense as he is in ours.
