For quick reference I looked at Sagarin ... that line is spot on based on his metrics. (Caveat: his metrics usually take a four or five games to begin to give an accurate read.) Action Network's power rankings would put Texas around -26.

Phil Steele's preseason power rankings would have it at -26 also. In the first week it appeared Vegas oddsmakers used that to set lines.
