| FTBL Bama moving toward CFPs?

Not a given that we take care of business Saturday. Play sloppy, let them stay in the game late, and we could be embarrassed.
Completely agree. Sloppy play makes it close and may get them beat. The Barn Cult wants this game bad for multiple reasons but as a feel good for their rah rah interum coach. As bad as this year has been, this would make it the worse year since Saban's first year. I am not expecting this to be an easy game by any means. This says more about Bama's inconsistent play all year than the Barn. Yet another reason I do not like this game, we have everything to lose and nothing to gain in the big picture.

We saw crazier when Baylor beat Kansas State and Stanford beat Oregon in Eugene back in 2012 for us to get in.

Notre Dame is 8-1 since the Ohio State game. USC has been flirting with danger, like us, all year long. Not impossible.

LSU, let's just say they lose to Georgia, so three losses.

I think Michigan loses to Ohio State. One loss to #2, but then go blind resume their schedule or strength of schedule against the Top 8.

TCU plays Iowa State and then either Kansas State or Texas. They have flirted with danger a few times and still have a couple of road blocks left. One loss and they are out.

Clemson is already behind us, and even with an ACC Championship win over a North Carolina team that just got beat by Georgia Tech you have to wonder if that moves the needle at all.

Then we just have to beat Auburn pretty good to leave no doubt we are still a solid team.

A LOT still has to happen, but we've seen it before. Just think of the doubters at the beginning of the year that thought we'd lose and were a Playoff lock. It can all change quick.
Uh no, that's definitely NOT crazier than 4 of the top 6 teams losing and some possibly losing multiple games across the next two weeks. Needing 2 people to lose or needing 4 people to lose and 1 to probably lose twice in a row. Would be lottery worthy luck.

These are losable games for those four we need. We needed miracles, and got them in 2012. Unranked teams beating ranked teams, and one at a pretty loud place in Oregon, so yes.
