To answer the possible redshirt question, you have Shelley who is a senior and Foster who is a junior. You allow Griffith, the true frosh to redshirt. Next season, I imagine Foster would continue to handle kickoffs and Griffith would move into the place kicking role. You would thus have Griffith as your place kicker for the next 4 yrs.
