🏈 'Bama is Dreaded.

i hope so... i'm holding out kudos until after i see whether our running game looks anywhere near as good as last year. i feel good about the rest of the aspects of our team.

I wholeheartedly disagree. USC schedules good teams all of the time and they've been handing out OOC beatdowns for a while now. If our AD and staff wants to have an elite OOC game every year, it will happen.

The PAC-10 teams play only 3 OOC games because when the 12th game was added they went to a round robin schedule(where have you heard that?) rather than all of them jumping in and scheduling 1AA teams. Bama will not play 2 of their 4 OOC games on the road, which is "aight" if they would just play 2 BCS teams each year(one at home and one away) as they do next year(PSU at home and Duke away).

Since you mentioned USC, I will point out that USC plays 2 of their 3 OOC games away this year. Both against BCS teams. At Ohio State and at ND.

Sounds good to me. Either way, I hope we trounce them.

I think VT is going to win though.

I think Alabama is going to win, so I am what sensible folk call a homer. I see sunshine and sparkles as they are falling and sprinkling down on 'Bama fans in a terrific celebration to begin the season.

It will be another case of modern day athletes not being ready for a 70'sish style relentless running attack.

I agree about the 2 BCS teams. I'd like to play 1 good BCS team and 1 mediocre/bad BCS team every year.

After giving the UGA fans over here a hard time for over 40 years about their OOC schedules I never thought I would be complimenting them on that subject. But they now have 2 BCS OOC games per year scheduled through 2016. This link says they are playing with themselves...er...playing themselves in 2015, but that obviously is Georgia Tech. And, just as obvious, is that in 2016, if they both have football teams, they will be playing GT then also.

LOL. What do you mean, 252, if they have football teams? I believe both teams you mention are fairly well funded and sucesssful.
