It's a day or two earlier than normal...starting a game thread like this.

But, one thing I know. 99% of you guys came here thinking about one thing--It's Auburn week.

(FWIW, I *think* Wednesday is the only day this week without a football game.)

EDIT: For your Saturday morning TV...SEC Nation will be broadcasting their pre-game show from Tuscaloosa this weekend.

If you recall, when Chris Andrews (bookmaker, South Point) set the preseason spreads one of the game he listed was Auburn vs Alabama. It opened at Bama -7.

I expect the barn to play their best game of the season vs The King. Can #13 get Bama to 31 points? If so then Bama wins. Expect Stidham to do a little bit more in running the ball this week since there is no tomorrow for the barn.

You have to expect the unexpected........fumbles...blocked punt,,,missed tackle resulting in a long TD etc. AU is am elite RB away from being a pretty good football team. I see where they rested Boo Whitlow on Saturday. He's not bad but far from what they had last year. Hopefully Bama's DL will get to Stidham this year where they didn't last year and he made big play after big play with those drag routes across the middle.

AU doesn't have the line this year. I counted fumbles and such in the 17. I really expect them to only score 3-7.
